Plant four to six inches apart in each direction. Garlic plants are very easy to care for and need very little attention during the growing season. Water if weather is dry and keep the spaces between rows well weeded.
How to Harvest Garlic:Harvest your garlic when leaves have begun to turn yellow in the Summer. Ease bulbs out of the soil gently. Dry bulbs out somewhere warm and with plenty of air. Once dry, brush off remaining soil and cut off the leaves. Store your garlic bulbs in a cool, dry place. Garlic bulbs should store for at least three months, if you don't eat them first!
